We are looking for a warm, dedicated, and enthusiastic team member for a full-time position. The role includes being an ECCE room leader in the mornings and a care assistant in the afternoons.
The successful applicant must:
- Have a good understanding of the Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
- Plan, implement, and deliver a play-based curriculum that is inclusive and supports the holistic development of all children in the group.
- Forge strong relationships with children and their families.
- Be able to work with other staff members or individually when needed.
- Help maintain health, safety, and childcare regulations.
Job requirements:
- Graduate level qualification is preferable, but applications with Level 6 childcare qualification or above will be considered.
- First Aid and Manual Handling Certificates are desirable but not essential.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake further skills training.
Experience with Early Childhood Education is preferable, but applications with Level 6 Childcare or above will be considered.
