Marketing Manager Role
Our company is a leading provider of convenience services, operating 600 Motorway Service Plazas and forecourt sites internationally. We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a 9-month fixed-term maternity cover to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy.
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive revenue growth.
* Manage key stakeholder relationships and lead communications with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure seamless collaboration.
* Craft and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Brand Manager to achieve strategic objectives.
* Ensure campaign messaging is consistent, timely, and aligned with business goals.
* Lead cross-functional research initiatives to inform data-driven decisions, including annual brand tracking and customer segmentation.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing management or marketing, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
