This role provides operational support with the daily management of hospitality staff in a busy dining room and kitchen, ensuring high standards of service, staff performance, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
* Staff Supervision
1. SUPERVISE all staff working in the dining room and kitchen. Monitor uniform presentation & customer service standards. Allocate general duties ensure punctuality adhere to daily briefs.
2. Organise staff breaks provide corrective guidance when needed maintain teamwork efficiency & service flow.
