Fit Out Project Manager
This role involves managing the full construction and installation of commercial fit out projects across Dublin.
The successful candidate will oversee commercial and retail fit out projects, manage manpower on site including direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
Responsibilities include supervising works on site to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Additionally, the project manager will plan and coordinate daily requirements of the site including labour procurement and meeting deadlines.
Maintenance of a safe working environment is crucial as well as ensuring adherence to company policies. The successful candidate must have strong awareness of H&S Regulations (Health & Safety) and Health Welfare Regulations with ability to implement these regulations effectively on-site.
The ideal candidate should possess experience in successfully installing internal envelopes on hotel apartment school type projects Strong IT skills are also essential particularly Microsoft Suite including MS Project.
