About The RolePosition: HVAC Technician with InteractLocation: Leinster, Ireland (Travel is required)Hours: 39 Hours per weekSalary: €30 per hourQualifications: National Craft Certificate / RGI Qualification and or F Gas licence preferred but not essentialExperience: 3+ Years in a similar rolePlease note all posts are subject to satisfactory referencesKey Responsibilities of a HVAC Technician:Commercial Gas Boiler Maintenance Servicing & RepairsGeneral plumbing dutiesInstall, maintain & repair a large range of mechanical, plumbing HVAC plant and equipmentProven ability to diagnose and repair faults in engineering installations and associated plant and equipment including hot (DHW) and cold water systems, LPHW/LTHW systems, pressurisation units, pump sets.Carry out Preventive and predictive maintenance works.Maintain PPM & Reactive maintenance records electronically and written where required.Follow instructions and update records by verbal, written & electronic means.Ability to quote reactive and recommended repairs.Adhere to our Health & Safety policies and use appropriate personal protective equipment.Respond to Out of Hours and Emergency Service Requests during scheduled on call.Co-operate and participate fully in training and development in cross skilling and other job related competencies.Candidate RequirementsFull Clean Driving LicenceAptitude for process awareness, diagnostic/trouble shooting experienceProactive team player that can use their initiativeExcellent written and oral communication skills, Computer skills essentialEnsuring compliance with Health & Safety legislationParticipate in scheduled "On-Call" work in hours and out of hours requiredSafe Pass & MEWP LicenceBenefits:25 Days Annual LeaveAdditional On-Call AllowanceTablet and Phone providedFree uniformINDHPAbout UsBidvest Noonan is a team of 27,000 passionate and customer-focused people.
