Job Title: Refrigeration EngineerLocation: DublinSalary: TopPay + Bonus + Van + BenefitsJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentOn-Call: RequiredAbout the Role:We're looking for a Refrigeration Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience across a variety of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. This role will also involve working in data centres and critical infrastructure environments, where reliability and technical precision are essential.You'll be working with systems in supermarkets, hotels, cold rooms, pack systems, and data centre environments, including Air conditioning, AHU, CRAC systsms alarm and monitoring systems, and critical building controls. Strong fault-finding ability, solid service mindset, and an ambition to grow into a senior figure in the business are essential.Key Responsibilities:• Service, maintenance & reactive fault response across:• Supermarkets, hotels, cold rooms, and pack refrigeration systems• Data centres and mission-critical buildings• Systems BMS/alarm controls, and monitoring• Work with Danfoss and other control platforms on site.• Diagnose and resolve refrigeration faults independently.• Participate in the on-call rota and respond to urgent breakdowns.• Use digital systems (tablet, laptop) to record jobs, diagnostics, and reports.• Be a trusted part of the service & maintenance team, supporting other engineers when required.About You:• Minimum 5 years' experience in refrigeration engineering.C02 experiance reauired• Experience in supermarket, data centres or critical environments is a strong advantage.• Strong understanding of Danfoss and other electronic controls.• Confident working on cold rooms, pack systems, and critical plant.• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving ability under pressure.• Full Irish driving licence and F-Gas certified (or equivalent).• Professional, reliable, and keen to grow into a senior, development-focused role.What's On Offer:• Excellent salary plus performance-based bonus.• Fully equipped van, phone, tablet, and laptop.• Pension, overtime, and on-call compensation.• Long-term opportunity to develop into a senior leadership or technical role.• Work with a team led by leadersReady to step up?If you're an experienced refrigeration engineer looking for a role that goes beyond just service calls – one where your input, experience, and ambition are valued – get in touch.
