Building Services Expert
We are seeking a skilled Building Services Expert to work on global projects with international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design process for small to medium projects or collaborate as a senior designer on large projects.
* Develop technical specifications, detailed drawings, complex piping and ductwork plans, and sketches.
* Present and lead 3-D model reviews with client teams and other stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on globally executed projects.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in building services engineering design.
* Ordinary level degree (NFQ Level 7 or FHEQ Level 5 UK) preferably in building services engineering or mechanical engineering.
