Strategic People Partner Role
We are seeking a strategic People Partner to join our EMEA team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with executive and senior leaders to develop people strategies.
* Lead Mergers & Acquisitions activities, including due diligence and integration planning.
* Cultivate coaching skills to influence senior leaders in building high-performing organisations.
* Design and implement workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
Requirements:
* Proficient French speaker.
* M&A experience, including hands-on involvement in due diligence and integration.
* 5-8 years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner or equivalent senior HR role.
Fluency in French, Mergers & Acquisitions experience and senior leadership expertise are essential for this position. With the right candidate on board, we can drive business growth through effective people management.
