Your Mission: Define and execute the end-to-end brand strategy from positioning to tone of voice to go-to-market.

Deliver high-impact, data-driven campaigns across PR, influencer, and social with a focus on ROI and customer acquisition.
Protect and elevate brand identity, ensuring consistency across all consumer and trade touchpoints.

Work closely with leadership to align brand goals with commercial strategy and revenue growth.
What You Bring: 8+ years of senior brand leadership in fast-moving consumer, retail, or beauty environments.
Proven success building and scaling lifestyle or skincare brands with a sharp eye for creative and a strong handle on performance marketing.
Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams and external agencies.
Strong commercial acumen, budget ownership, and a test-and-learn approach to campaign execution.
An instinct for innovation, a passion for skincare, and a deep understanding of todays omni-channel consumer journey.
