The Team
Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery. You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.
The Role
This role is focused on managing the creation and curation of customer stories, content, and the bill of materials for our SMB campaigns in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SMB audience and will work with sales, local marketing, and production agencies to develop compelling campaign assets.
Core Responsibilities:
* Lead the process of identifying, prioritizing, and developing customer stories from our startup and SMB clients.
* Work with production agencies to transform customer stories into high-impact campaign assets (e.g., case studies, videos, testimonials).
* Source and adapt globally-produced SMB content, infusing it with local market insights relevant to priority EMEA markets.
* Develop a deep understanding of the SMB audience to guide campaign strategy and asset development.
* Manage the bill of materials for all SMB campaigns, ensuring assets are up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant teams.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in content marketing and/or campaign management, with a focus on the SMB segment.
* Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of customer story development, from identification to asset production.
* Experience working directly with sales teams to source customer references.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
