Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

* Assemble and install electrical switchgear and related electromechanical equipment based on engineering drawings and production schedules.
">
* Maintain high-quality standards both in the factory and at customer premises.
">
* Work from technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to ensure precise assembly.
">
* Contribute to the fitting, building, and construction of various parts for seamless component integration.
">
* Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance, including site modifications and thermal imaging inspections.
">
* Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
">
* Perform testing of panels, including current injection testing.
">
* Support and mentor team members, sharing technical expertise and best practices.
">
* Report on any substandard, malfunctioning, or defective parts.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* City & Guilds Electrical Qualification and an Engineering Apprenticeship with AM2 or Equivalent.
">
* Experience in electrical switchgear manufacture or similar.
">
* Experience in field service work / on-site installations.
">
* Current 18th Edition Certification.
">
* Time-served Electricians or Technicians.
">
* Experience in panel wiring of PLCs, motor control centres, control panels, or Industrial installation experience in water treatment plants, petrochemical environments, MCCs, instrumentation, etc.
