You will work closely with another manager to lead the FOH team, and partner with the Head Chef to maintain food standards, menus, and customer special requests. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where operational excellence, outstanding service, and team development are key.What You'll DoOversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable running of the restaurant.Lead, mentor, and manage FOH and BOH teams alongside your management colleagues.Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain the highest standards of food quality and consistency.Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handling feedback professionally and proactively.Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and supplier relationships to control costs.Support menu development, seasonal specials, and promotions with the culinary team.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.Drive sales and revenue growth through creative marketing, events, and upselling techniques.Recruit, train, and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.Who We're Looking ForProven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or similar role in high-end or fine-dining restaurants.Strong knowledge of wines; sommelier studies or formal wine training is a plus.Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.Strong financial acumen, including budgets, P&L, and labour control.Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the area.
