Deputy CEO | Strategic Leader in Business Transformation | People & Organisational Change

Ingenium is a trusted partner to organisations seeking sustainable growth. We design and deliver impactful learning and strategic people solutions that drive transformation across people, processes, and performance. Our work is grounded in collaboration, innovation, and a passion for unlocking potential.

Our tailored solutions span strategic planning, high-impact learning and development, and digital transformation. We help clients navigate complexity, maximise performance, and build long-term capability.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Learning & Development Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. This is a hybrid, client-facing role focused on designing and delivering bespoke learning and development solutions, as well as leading strategic people consulting projects.

You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their challenges, develop tailored solutions, and support implementation across areas such as organisational design, leadership development, performance management, and competency frameworks.

This role requires a strong blend of L&D content design expertise, HR consulting capability, and project management discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

* Partner with clients to diagnose learning needs and define key learning outcomes.
* Design and develop engaging learning solutions, including leadership, team development, and behavioural change programmes.
* Create and curate learning content, leveraging the latest thinking, frameworks, and instructional design techniques.
* Collaborate with external facilitators and subject matter experts to ensure effective programme delivery.
* Facilitate learning sessions where appropriate, adapting delivery to suit diverse audiences.
* Establish and implement evaluation frameworks to measure the success and sustainability of learning initiatives.
* Leverage technology and blended learning tools to scale impact and enhance learner experience.
* Lead project management of L&D initiatives, ensuring effective coordination of logistics, stakeholders, timelines, and resources.

People and HR Consulting

* Lead and support organisational design projects, including role profiling, job family development, and structure design.
* Develop and implement behavioural and leadership competency frameworks tailored to client objectives.
* Design and operationalise performance management processes that embed accountability and growth.
* Support development of leadership succession plans and career pathways.
* Provide expert guidance on HR policy design, job evaluation, and compensation benchmarking.
* Analyse people data and organisational metrics to identify insights and inform solutions.
* Guide clients through transformation and change, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
* Identify and coordinate responses to public sector L&D and HR-related tender opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications

* 5+ years’ experience in L&D, organisational development, or HR consulting.
* Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful L&D content and behavioural change programmes.
* Demonstrated experience in client engagement, project management, and cross-functional delivery.
* Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Learning & Development, or a related field.
* Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, ATD, SHRM) is desirable.

Key Skills and Attributes

* Strategic thinker with the ability to link people solutions to business outcomes.
* Creative content developer with a deep understanding of adult learning principles.
* Excellent problem-solver, able to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
* Committed to continuous learning and contributing to a high-performing team.
