Job Description We are headhunting a distinguished Western-trained Registered Nurse to join an elite medical team providing specialized care aboard a premier superyacht.
This role is designed for a clinical expert who seeks a transition into high-end private healthcare, delivering bespoke 1:1 care in an unparalleled maritime environment.
The Mission You will be responsible for the 1:1 clinical management of an 80-year-old VIP, ensuring the highest standards of both preventative and acute medical care.
This mission follows a prestigious Mediterranean itinerary, with extended stays in Monaco, Ibiza, and the Greek Islands .
You will act as a primary clinical point of contact, maintaining peak health and safety for the patient while navigating the world's most exclusive waters.
The Team Safety You will operate within a world-class medical framework designed for maximum safety and efficacy: Medical Director: You will report directly to a highly experienced Lead British Doctor .
Integrated Care: You will work alongside onboard Physiotherapists and a team of fellow Western-trained nursing professionals.
Safety Protocols: To ensure 24/7 patient security and prevent staff fatigue, we implement a strict double-nurse shift system, providing a balanced and sustainable professional environment.
Requirements Candidate Requirements The successful candidate will demonstrate a master-level approach to nursing and absolute professional discretion: Credentials: A Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is mandatory.
Clinical Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in Acute Care (specifically ICU, ER, or A E).
Communication: Native or C1-level English proficiency.
Attributes: High emotional intelligence, professional poise, and the ability to adapt to a high-luxury, private household setting.
