Accenture is expanding, and we’re looking for a Partner Manager to support the rollout of a unique digital marketing solution across the European market in partnership with Pinterest.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new advertisers, helping them start their Pinterest journey. You’ll guide, educate, and inspire clients to build effective campaigns that drive results and meet their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and reach out to potential new business partners, presenting Pinterest’s value proposition with tailored pitches.
* Onboard new advertisers, ensuring they are set up for success before handing them over to the Account Management team.
* Work with existing advertisers to understand their goals and co-create effective marketing plans.
* Provide insights and recommendations to help partners succeed in their markets.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships as the primary point of contact.
* Work towards fixed KPIs and quarterly sales targets.
* Collaborate with the wider sales team to share knowledge and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluency in Dutch & English
* Experience in a customer-facing, target-driven role (sales experience preferred).
* Solid knowledge of digital marketing and key performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable solutions.
* Experience training or educating clients on campaign setup and optimization.
* Ability to understand client challenges and build tailored marketing strategies.
* Quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable with new technologies.
* Proven track record of working towards KPIs and quarterly goals in a fast-paced environment.
