Job: Control Team Lead Location: Dublin West Type: Onsite Salary: Competitive Role Overview As the Document Control Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and strengthening document and information management practices across the organisation.
This position works closely with project teams, clients, and external partners to ensure information is accurate, compliant, and consistently managed.
A key part of the role is guiding and supporting Document Controllers to maintain a high standard of delivery across all projects.
Key Responsibilities Establish and uphold unified document control procedures, ensuring consistent application across multiple projects.
Review and refine document control processes to improve efficiency and align with evolving industry standards.
Act as a central point of contact for information exchange between internal teams, consultants, and clients.
Administer and optimise document management platforms, including ACC, Viewpoint, and client Common Data Environments (CDEs).
Oversee document lifecycle management, including filing structures, revision control, and audit trails.
Lead, coach, and support a team of Document Controllers, providing training, guidance, and issue resolution as needed.
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time from project startup through final handover, in line with regulatory and quality requirements.
Experience & Skills Third level Qualification.
Min 3 - 5 years' experience in a document control or information management role, with Hands-on experience managing document control across several projects and digital systems Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong experience leading teams and coordinating document control functions High level of IT literacy and system confidence Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work Skills: Document Control Team Lead
