Host & Reservations coordinator-Fade Street Social Fade Street Social is recruiting an experienced Host & Reservations Coordinator to manage a very busy doors in Dublin while also supporting our reservations and events office.
This role is central to guest experience, covering two restaurants and one bar, and requires confidence, organisation, and strong hospitality knowledge.
The Role Managing a high-volume front door for two restaurants and one bar Greeting guests and controlling guest flow during busy services Working closely with senior management and floor teams to help support during busy times One daytime office shift handling group reservations and events enquiries Supporting a busy reservations inbox with accuracy and professionalism Confirmation calls for our busy booking system Hours 30 hours per week Thursday day shift 12-8pm Friday & Saturday 4pm-10pm Sundays 1pm-6pm Increased hours available during peak trading periods Requirements Previous hosting or reservations experience is essential Have worked with opentable or similar booking system.
