Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team by providing guidance, feedback, performance evaluations, and clear development goals.

Identify and implement process improvements, embedding automation best practices to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Significant experience in an industrial or regulated manufacturing environment with a focus on automation systems.
Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment and automated production processes.
Demonstrated experience leading technical projects and managing teams, with a track record of delivering results and supporting team development.
