Evaluate and Treat Patients with Care
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients who have injuries or diseases that affect their physical abilities. You will work with patients to establish goals and plans of care that are tailored to their needs.
Treatment and Interventions
* You will perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions to determine the best course of treatment.
* You will use standard and specialized physical therapy techniques to help patients regain their physical abilities.
* You will document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
Essential Qualifications
1. You must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
2. You must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state where you practice.
3. You must have current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
4. You must have clearance for Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73.
