About The Role Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across all departments with a primary focus on food and beverage service.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Lead and support team members to deliver excellent service and maintain a positive work environment.
Monitor stock control in the F&B department.
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
