Job Description
In Ireland, we offer Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs programmes tailored to meet the needs of national-aged children. Operating on-site at schools, our customized services feature fun, structured, and engaging daily activities. At Sherpa Kids, we believe our work goes beyond childcare. Responsibilities
Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team
Own carrequiredfor programme lead
Maintain the day-to-day activities
Interacting with the children, their families and other staff members each day.
Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)
Proficiency in technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Qualifications
Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 of equivalent
Basic knowledge of child development
Proficiencyin English, both verbal and written
Proficiencyin Irish, both verbal and written
Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
At least 2 written references checks are required before starting
Essential- Ability to understand and speak the Irish Language
