About Your New Job As Retail Portfolio Manager, you will lead teams of underwriters, actuaries and data scientists to achieve departmental objectives in line with the Retail Lines Portfolio. You will deliver pricing and underwriting activities that enhance financial performance and ensure strong customer outcomes, as well as ensuring compliance with Irish, UK and Group standards. You will monitor business performance against KPIs, identify trends in sales and retention and develop data driven portfolio management tools. The Retail Portfolio Manager will act as the business lead on cross-functional projects, providing updates to senior leaders on emerging risks and performance. What Skills You Need 5+ years experience in a pricing/underwriting management/ financial planning and control or risk role with proven performance management experience. An experienced Insurance professional with insurance business knowledge and a with CIP qualification. In-depth understanding of relevant business classes, underwriting performance metrics, and current legislation impacting the market.
