Senior Data Insights Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Insights Specialist to develop and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
* This position is responsible for creating data-driven dashboards that provide actionable insights to drive strategic alignment, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
* The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with strategic vision and strong communication skills to influence change and advance operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data analysis and visualization using Power BI and other data tools
* Developing and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Maintaining high-level expertise in data center operations, including data analytics, management information systems, and business intelligence solutions
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, management information systems, and business intelligence solutions
* Advanced knowledge of SQL, Kusto (KQL), and DAX programming languages
* Experience working with large-scale manufacturing operations environments preferred but not essential
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Team player with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leaders to implement continuous improvement
