Job Role for a Healthcare Setting
This is an excellent opportunity to work in some of the largest healthcare environments throughout Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working on the main wash-up area and heavy-duty pot wash
* Carrying out general day-to-day cleaning duties within the kitchen
* Assisting chefs with daily tasks and supporting the kitchen team
* Goods in and goods out stock control, ensuring stock rotation and deep cleaning procedures are carried out weekly
* Cleaning all crockery and cutlery, as well as maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas
* Collaborating with the kitchen team and adhering to instructions from management while following HACCP procedures
* Ensuring health and safety regulations are always upheld
The successful candidate should possess at least five years' experience working in a hospital or nursing kitchen setting, or come from a high-volume commercial catering background. Excellent written and verbal English skills are also required.
