Responsibilities Sales Excellence: Manages the end-to-end business of the assigned territory; conducts forecasting for accounts and develops a portfolio and territory plan to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities.
Collaborates with partners and resources, learns about customer business, supports senior team members to explore business and emerging opportunities.
Seeks client feedback to identify drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and executes plans to improve the overall client experience.
Completes required training and obtains relevant product and role certifications.
Sales Execution: Understands customer needs through initial conversations; collaborates with internal teams, partners, and services to recommend solutions.
Receives leads and converts them into opportunities, applying Microsoft's sales process.
Articulates how Microsoft's cloud platform can enable digital transformations, initiates digital transformation discussions, and accelerates deal closures by developing and executing close plans.
Supports team members in driving consumption and identifies blockers.
Scaling and Collaboration: Collaborates with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell, up-sell, and co-sell solutions.
Establishes relationships within the ecosystem, learns about the orchestration model within a solution area.
Technical Expertise: Participates in technical community discussions, learns about competitors, and collaborates with Digital Solution Engineers to position Microsoft favorably against competitors.
Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field and 2+ years of technology sales or 3+ years of experience; proficiency in English & French; strong relationship management, consultative selling, and conflict resolution skills.
Role based in Ireland with up to 50% remote work; potential relocation.
Preferred Qualifications: Decision-making in fast environments, creativity, negotiation skills, knowledge of Microsoft products, and certifications.
