Job Title - DeltaV EngineerLocation - Dunboyne, IrelandMode - Hybrid/OnsiteType - Perm/ContractJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced DeltaV Engineer to support design, development, commissioning, and day-to-day operations of Emerson DeltaV systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support Emerson DeltaV DCS systems for a GMP pharma site.Implement automation solutions following S88 standards.Work on physical and procedural layer design, control strategies, and system architecture.Provide daily operational support for DeltaV and troubleshoot system issues.Support NC/CAPA investigations and drive root cause analysis.Perform system administration, maintenance, and field commissioning activities.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for automation systems.Prepare system documentation and support CSV activities.Coordinate with operations, process teams, equipment vendors, and technology partner.RequirementsExperience in DeltaV engineering, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biopharma sector.Strong hands-on experience in designing and commissioning DeltaV DCS for GMP sites.Deep understanding of S88 batch standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units).Knowledge of pharma/biopharma manufacturing processes.Familiarity with automation hardware, networking, SDLC, and quality processes.Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and fully onsite as required.
