Chill Insurance is currently on the lookout for a Life Sales Executive.
We are after individuals who are talented, motivated, and ambitious and are looking to progress in the Insurance business. We are looking for a person who can inspire and deliver results and wants to progress within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in the Life Insurance area and must be enthusiastic, target-focused, and capable of using their own initiative, while working within a successful sales team.
The role will involve dealing with online life insurance and protection sales enquiries and moving cases through from application to policy issue. Ideally you will have a good knowledge of life insurance & protection products within the Irish Market.
We are also very excited about education. We'll sponsor you obtaining relevant professional insurance qualifications directly related to the role.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Responsible for Inbound and Outbound sales to new and existing customers
* Achieving and exceeding individual targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Contributing to team and department targets
* Supporting the Management Team in the delivery of team targets
* Managing and maintaining customer records accurately within the system
* Ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers
* Being aware of promotional activity for our business
* Engaging with Chill Insurance customers in an energised and professional manner.
* Manage pipeline and chase outstanding applications in order to increase Life sales.
* Pro-actively contact clients who have expressed interest in Life insurance through our website.
* Monitor cases issued and manage existing client queries in order to provide excellent service to Chill customers.
* Managing a busy daily workload via phone, e-mail and following up on cases with the relevant life companies.
* Ability to clearly communicate feature and policy benefits and enable clients to come to a decision as to the best policy for their needs.
* Maintain relationships with our Life providers to progress applications easily through to issue stage.
*Experience & Qualifications*
* Relevant 3rd level qualification is preferred and/or completion or progress in the QFA exams, including APA (Life)
* You will be required to meet CPD requirements on an annual basis if fully QFA.
2 + years inbound and/or outbound life sales experience within a fast paced target oriented environment
