Community Development Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Community Development Worker in Roscommon, Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Women's Collective Ireland (WCI), a feminist community development project that supports women's equality and well-being.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging in community development work, facilitating training and networking opportunities, and supporting the well-being of women in the local area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage in community development work within WCI Roscommon
* Facilitate training and networking opportunities for women in the local area
* Support the well-being of women in the local area through program delivery and outreach
* Network with other community organisations to support women's participation
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in community development working within the community sector
* Minimum Level 6 qualification in community development or equivalent
* Excellent communication and administration skills
* Excellent facilitation skills
* Understanding of grassroots feminism

The salary for this post is based on the starting point of WCI Development Worker Salary Scale - €31,217 (pro rata).
