What You Will Do
Reporting to Global Creative’s Creative Director, we are looking for a Head of Client Services to lead a team of Client Services Specialists and Coordinators. You will ensure the team develops long-term client partnerships that foster mutually beneficial, growth-oriented relationships. You will strategize and problem-solve complex briefs with a focus on lead generation.
How Will You Do It
Assist with strategic account planning, including retention and growth targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients at all management levels.
Educate clients on Global Creative’s services and develop integrated solutions that benefit both client and company.
Ensure client satisfaction with team performance and service levels.
Proactively manage business operations and account procedures for optimization.
Develop presentations for prospects, including QBRs, RFPs, and proposals.
Keep management informed of events/issues impacting client relationships.
Lead, train, and evaluate a team of Client Services Specialists and Coordinators.
Think strategically and tactically to meet client needs and improve services.
Ensure thorough client input and adherence to processes for timely service delivery.
Contribute to strategy and execution of new services offered to clients.
Required
We look for candidates who:
Can think strategically and act tactically to align services with client needs.
Have a working understanding of marketing, creative, media, and digital communication platforms.
Possess solid business acumen to assess opportunities and adapt strategies.
Have at least 8 years of account management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in management.
Exhibit strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Are experienced in customer service, sales, and account management best practices.
Can develop and manage teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
Respond quickly and effectively to client needs and issues.
Are proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
