Business Planning & Analysis Specialist
We are seeking a commercially focused Business Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our Finance team.
* Coordinate the annual budgeting process and lead forecasting activities across multiple business areas.
* Develop and refine financial models, carrying out detailed variance reviews to support performance assessment.
* Produce clear reporting and dashboard insights, support scenario planning, and highlight emerging trends or potential risks.
* Prepare and deliver financial updates to senior leadership, providing well-supported recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
About the Role:
* Degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
* At least 3 years of experience in business planning, forecasting, and budgeting, preferably within a multi-department environment.
