Development Manager Position
We are recruiting a key management role to assist in leading, developing and promoting sports participation and physical activity through our network of partnerships.
The successful candidate will deliver the on-going development and monitoring of our partnership network, coordinating activities with our strategic plan and action plan.
* Assist in overseeing the strategic development of our partnership network.
* Support the implementation of local sports plans, aligned with national policy guidelines.
* Manage grant funding and payments to specific bodies, ensuring adherence to established financial procedures and programme terms.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at national and local levels.
* Support good governance standards within our partnerships.
* Work closely with our units and agencies to enhance partnership development.
* Represent our organisation at national and local events.

Person Specifications:
The ideal candidate has:
* 3 years' experience in stakeholder management.
* A third-level qualification in sport or a relevant discipline.
* Effective people and relationship management skills.
* Experience in community development and engagement.
* Budgeting and financial tracking experience.
* Proven leadership skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong PC skills and MS Office knowledge.
* Multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
