Key Responsibilities Of The Receptionist Will Include
* Greet all arrivals and handle departures in a friendly, efficient manner, adhering to Hotel Standards
* Answer the switchboard warmly, transferring calls to the correct extensions promptly
* Assist the reservations team in completing bookings as needed
* Use the computerized system for reservations, arrivals, and departures, ensuring all information is accurate and current
* Deliver exceptional guest care at all times, anticipating guests' needs and taking proactive steps to exceed their expectations whenever possible
The Ideal Candidate For The Receptionist Position Should
* Possess a friendly and outgoing personality
* Be enthusiastic and flexible, with the ability to work 5 days within a 7-day week, including some weekends
* Exhibit excellent communication skills
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail
* Be legally eligible to work in Ireland
* Have the ability to handle busy situations and effectively manage workload
