Main Responsibilities
:
* Develop and implement strategic plans for talent management across the organization.
* Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform talent decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
* Partner with vendors to select and implement best-in-class talent systems and tools.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
* SUPPORT change management by communicating, training, and adopting new processes, tools, and programs across the organization.
Qualifications
:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
* 8+ years of experience in talent management, preferably in a global enterprise setting.
* Strong knowledge of talent systems and analytics.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and tell compelling stories.
* Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel and PowerPoint.
Work Arrangements
:
This role can be based in our Dublin, London, or Krakow office locations and will be a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
