Project Accountant (Contract) | Healthcare Services | Dublin North / HybridWe are currently supporting ahealthcare services organisationwith animmediate requirementfor an experiencedProject Accountant / Financial Accountantto join the business on acontract basis.This role is project-focused and will suit someone who enjoys improving finance processes, supporting systems change, and bringing structure and consistency across multiple entities.The RoleThe Project Accountant will work closely with the finance leadership team to support day-to-day financial reporting while playing a key role infinance centralisation and systems transformationacross the group.The role will have a strong emphasis on management reporting, systems integration, and improving the efficiency of financial processes across multiple sites.Key responsibilities will include:Preparing and reviewing management accounts across multiple entitiesSupporting the centralisation of finance processes across the groupAssisting with the transition and implementation of new financial systemsWorking with site-level finance teams using QuickBooksSupporting payroll-related projects, including the rollout of a new payroll systemReviewing and improving financial reporting flows and controlsSupporting month-end close and reporting activitiesProviding ad hoc analysis and project support to finance leadershipCurrent EnvironmentSite-level accounting system: QuickBooksTime & attendance system already in placeNew payroll system planned as part of wider finance transformationStraightforward financial model, with:Resident income streamsPayroll-heavy cost baseAbout YouQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Strong experience in management accounting and project-based finance rolesPrevious exposure to finance transformation, centralisation or systems implementationComfortable working across multiple entities and engaging with non-finance stakeholdersStrong systems aptitude and process-improvement mindsetAble to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWhy This Role?Immediate start contract opportunityHigh-impact role with visible outcomesOpportunity to lead and influence finance change initiativesExposure to systems implementation and finance transformation projectsFlexible working arrangements available
