Prism Executive have partnered with a pharmacy group who provides managed services and IT solutions to the Irish pharmacy retail network. We are looking to appoint a
Customer Services Manager
with deep
SAAS expertise
to lead the roadmap and delivery of a cloud-based pharmaceutical dispensing product.
This role is critical to ensuring that the dispensing system continues to meet the operational, regulatory, and customer experience needs of pharmacies across Ireland.
The Customer Services Manager will act as the
voice of pharmacists and patients
within the customer service and IT teams. They will own the
KPIs,
Quality Assurance, Team Leadership and Digitalisation of the Customer Service process
and team ensuring features and defects are prioritised effectively to deliver value to customers and meet regulatory obligations.
Reporting into the Director of Customer Engagement
, they will collaborate closely with business analysts, customer service teams and key senior stakeholders in the group ensuring requirements are clearly understood and solutions are delivered with quality.
