This position is responsible for the direct supervision of all security personnel, theimplementation of all security protocols, and serves as the primary security point of contact forall Allied Universal personnel during the shift. The lead must maintain situationalawareness of all security conditions, personnel status, and emerging threats while providingvisible leadership and direction.Responsibilities:Shift OperationsEnsure adequate staffing for all postsMaintain continuous security coverage of the facilityConduct regular security checks and inspectionsCoordinate response to security incidentsMaintain appropriate logs and documentationEnforce all site security policies and proceduresDuties may vary pending operational requirements and delegated tasks frommanagement Personnel ManagementConduct deployment at shift startAssign officers posts based on needsEnsure officers understand and follow post ordersProvide guidance and direction to security officersAddress performance issues immediately & privatelyConduct shift briefings and debriefingsMaintain professional standards and appearanceMonitor officer training complianceManage officer breaks and meal periodsAddress uniform and equipment deficienciesConduct on-the-job training as neededRecognise and document exceptional performanceEmergency ResponseIn the moment when Campus Manager & Account Manager are not available, willserve as Incident Commander Coordinate security response with other departmentsImplement emergency procedures as neededContact appropriate authorities and managementDocument all actions taken during emergenciesConduct post-incident analysis and reportingCoordinate evacuation or shelter-in-place proceduresEstablish security perimeter during incidentsLiaison with responding emergency agenciesProvide regular status updates to managementImplement business continuity procedures as neededWhat We're Looking For:Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in IrelandPSA Licence: Valid PSA Security Guarding licenseScreening and vetting: 5 Years of verifiable employment and personal activityFirst Aid Response CertificationFire Warden CertificationDocument Creation: Proven experience in drafting and implementing professional SOPs and EOPs.Customer Service Excellence: A background in high-end hospitality or corporate front-of-house is highly desirable. We want a "helper" mindset.Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dublin 2 area and coordination with local emergency services is a plusFluent in oral & written English: Minimum C1 essentialPersonal Attributes: Strong communication skills, with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
