The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the International Pre-Construction Director. Responsibilities: Tendering & Estimating Prepare and review MEP estimates (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, BMS) from drawings and specifications. Procurement & Vendor Coordination Source and assess supplier/subcontractor quotes; maintain strong vendor relationships. Risk & Value Engineering Identify risks, scope gaps, and value opportunities to reduce costs without impacting quality. Collaboration & Communication Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams; support bid strategy and negotiations. Cost Management Tools Maintain cost databases and estimation software; track historical pricing for benchmarking. Requirements Degree in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 5 years+ experience in an Estimation role. Experience working with a Tier 1 Contractor would be beneficial. Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial. IT Skills Microsoft Office, ConEst, Trimble and CostX.
