Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing each customer with a meaningful shopping experience. You are second-in-command, ready to step in for your Store Manager and take charge when necessary. Your primary goal is to drive your store’s performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations daily.
You will act as a role model and ambassador for Rituals. Your responsibilities include supporting your Store Manager in creating a culture of trust through positive and constructive feedback, assisting in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and talented team, coaching team members to enhance engagement and help them reach their full potential, and serving as the Store Manager’s right hand in daily business activities.
This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) for maternity cover.
