About the Role
Based at the head office in Swords, Co.
Dublin, and reporting to the Head of Property,
the Senior Project Manager
will bring extensive project management and building regulations experience to a growing team.

The role is multi-faceted and includes responsibility for:
Full lifecycle
Project Management
Ensuring compliance with
building regulations
for commercial building fit-out projects
Surveying and report writing experience (desirable but not essential)
End-to-end project support from feasibility, planning, and execution through to delivery, within scope, budget, and schedule
Managing a mix of business improvements, compliance initiatives, and new site fit-outs
Coordinating the flow of project information across teams and departments through meetings and written communication
Liaising with brands and contractors to deliver bespoke projects within retail stores
Monitoring and controlling projects, including progress tracking, reporting, and identifying risks and opportunities

Qualifications & Experience
5+ years' Project Management experience with a construction contractor or local consultancy
Relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Excellent leadership capabilities
Strong report-writing skills
Outstanding communication and computer skills
Motivated, diligent team player with a strong work ethic
