Overview The role focuses on insurance advisory, portfolio management, and risk-based policy recommendations within personal lines. The successful candidate will support revenue growth through structured client advisory, data-led decision making, and compliant insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide regulated insurance advice to clients based on risk profiling and needs analysis Analyse policy structures and recommend appropriate coverage, pricing, and risk adjustments Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through structured client engagement and referral channels Prepare and present insurance quotations, policy comparisons, and advisory reports Conduct policy reviews and risk assessments to ensure appropriate coverage levels Support revenue growth through consultative sales, focusing on client needs rather than transactional sales Maintain accurate records and reporting using CRM systems Ensure full compliance with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and internal governance standards Collaborate with internal teams to improve process efficiency and customer outcomes Skills & Knowledge Strong analytical and advisory capability in insurance products Ability to interpret and explain policy structures, coverage terms, and risk implications Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business growth and client retention strategies Experience working in a regulated financial services environment Proficiency in CRM systems and data handling Clear communication and negotiation skills Qualifications APA qualified (minimum requirement) Experience in insurance advisory, account management, or financial services preferred
