We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who has excellent organisational and communication skills, experience in customer support or service coordination, and knowledge of engineering terminology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a key point of contact for customers, coordinating and scheduling service engineers and plant fitters, managing service jobs from initial request through to completion, liaising with engineers and internal departments to ensure efficient job delivery.
