The ideal candidate will have experience leading HR Technology or Transformation projects, a degree in HRM or related field, and 10+ years of relevant experience. They should also possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of HR processes and technologies, and proficiency in HRIS and analytics tools.
In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, and may hold relevant certifications such as CIPD.
