Trainee recruitment consultant

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - HR Hunter Savage is expanding our team in 2025 and we are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing recruitment team. This role would be a fantastic option for someone with experience in recruitment resourcing for professional services OR with experience working in a busy, commercial environment with strong customer/client interaction and engagement. The Role Working with consultants to define job requirements and identify recruitment channels Sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates, monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and candidate acceptance. Developing a pipeline of HR talent to support future growth to bring a more strategic focus to recruitment Effectively utilise sourcing tools and social medial channels to attract suitable talent and identify commercial opportunities Internal system updates and ensure candidate and company information is accurate and up to date The role is primarily candidate focused and involves running multiple projects from inception to completion and working closely with our recruitment consultants. Your background Qualified to at least a degree level or equivalent Professional services recruitment/resourcing/sourcing background AND experience working in a busy, commercial office environment with strong customer/client contact Previous experience of LinkedIn, databases, ATS, and Boolean searches Strong networking skills Excellent communicator (fluent in spoken and written English) with strong customer focus Experience implementing sourcing strategies Contact us If you are interested in joining the Hunter Savage team please contact Stephanie Mulholland for further details.
