Disability Support Worker Role
We are seeking disability support workers to provide high-quality daily care and promote independence in residential services.
About the Position:
* Support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, promoting dignity and meaningful choice
* Facilitate activities, life-skills and community participation to enhance quality of life
* Maintain a safe, supportive environment that fosters growth and development
Requirements:
* Level 7 Social Care qualification or equivalent
* Experience in disability/day/residential services
* Knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred practice
* Full driving licence
* Eligible to work in Ireland
* CORU registered or in process
