Key Responsibilities
* First point of contact / front of house for all visitors.
* Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the relevant department.
* Manage deliveries to reception.
* Assist the Customer Experience Manager with client meeting room bookings and parking requests.
* Assist the Customer Experience Manager with client lunch orders for meetings.
* Request new starter ID badge requests.
* Issuing office communication emails and reminders when necessary.
* Visitor badge management for clients and contractors.
* Managing third party sign-ins in the Contractors logbook.
* Managing the queries sent via the Dublin Reception email inbox.
* Order taxis if required.
* Work with Facilities to action client requests.
About you
* Proficient in using all standard Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
* Excellent telephone manner, always polite and courteous.
* A team player who can confidently interact with others, but who is also able to work independently.
* Logical thinker with good organisation and administration skills.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
