The Role:
* Oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance, ensuring full compliance with Irish and EU regulations.
* Develop and maintain robust compliance policies and procedures.
* Serve as the key contact for regulatory bodies, managing all compliance-related communications and strategies.
* Conduct audits and compliance reviews to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
The Person:
* Must hold a relevant third-level qualification or professional certification in Compliance.
* Requires extensive experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector, preferably with brokerage experience.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks, particularly AML/CTF & GDPR.
* Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills, able to influence at all organizational levels.
