Role Description
We are in expansion mode and require an experienced General Manager who has Irish Hospitality in their DNA. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin 2. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the bar. They will need to show exceptional leadership skills in managing their team, optimizing guest experiences, implementing business strategies, and achieving financial objectives. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, as well as driving continuous improvement in customer service and operational standards.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Proven experience in Irish hospitality,
Proficiency in financial management, cost control, and achieving revenue targets
Customer service skills with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences.
Understanding of health, safety, and licensing regulations in the hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or Business Administration are advantageous,
