Maintenance Systems Administrator Role

Key Responsibilities:

* Register new equipment and instrumentation on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) following established procedures.
* Update supplier quality management systems for spare parts following change control procedures.
* Manage documentation related to the CMMS and supplier quality management system.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on the approval and execution of these tasks.

Requirements:
* Demonstrated data management skills.
* Experience working with document management systems and office applications.
* Background in a regulated environment and quality management systems.
* Familiarity with maintenance systems structure and applications.
* Analytical mindset, data-driven with attention to detail.
