Project Cost Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Manager to oversee the financial aspects of various construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing budgets, and evaluating tenders.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and project evaluations.
2. Conduct thorough tender analysis and manage procurement processes.
3. Oversee contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
4. Monitor project progress, manage variations, and control costs.
5. Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
2. 2+ years of relevant experience in construction or consultancy.
3. Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite.
4. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Knowledge of Irish construction regulations is advantageous.
