About Your New Job
Seeking a highly organised and experienced Project Manager to oversee office fit‑out projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design & build project delivery, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets and timelines within the commercial interiors sector.
Key Responsibilities For This Job
* Lead the full project life cycle—from initial brief, design development, procurement, construction and final handover.
* Coordinate internal design, estimating and construction teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
* Manage project schedules, milestones and deliverables to meet client expectations and deadlines.
* Oversee on‑site activities to ensure quality, safety and compliance with design and specification standards.
Design & Build Coordination
* Work closely with in‑house designers and external consultants to translate client requirements into creative, functional solutions.
* Facilitate design reviews, ensuring feasibility, cost‑effectiveness and compliance with building codes and standards.
* Support the design process with value engineering insights and technical input.
What Experience and Skills You Need
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or related field.
* 5+ years’ experience managing office fit‑out or interior refurbishment projects within a design & build environment.
* Proven track record delivering projects valued between €250K – €5M+.
* Strong technical understanding of interior construction methods, building services and design coordination.
* Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana or equivalent).
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary based on experience €75,000 to €85,000 (DOE)
